Juan Guerrero Burciaga (August 17, 1929 – March 5, 1995) was a United States federal judge. Burciaga was born in Roswell, New Mexico. He received a B.S. from U.S. Military Academy in 1952. He received a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1963. He was a U.S. Air Force Pilot from 1952 to 1959. He was a law clerk, Hon. H. Vearle Payne, U.S. District Court, New Mexico from 1963 to 1964. He was in private practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico from 1964 to 1968.

He was confirmed by the United States Senate on October 31, 1979, and received his commission on November 2, 1979. He served as chief judge from 1989-1994. He assumed senior status on November 9, 1994. Burciaga's service was terminated on March 5, 1995, due to death. He died in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
