Sir John Leng (10 April 1828 – 13 December 1906) was a Liberal Party politician in Scotland. Leng was born in Hull, the brother of W. C. Leng. In the 1850s, he purchased the Dundee Advertiser. He was elected to the House of Commons as Member of Parliament for Dundee at a by-election in 1889 following the death of the sitting MP, Joseph Firth and held the seat until he stood down at the 1906 general election.
