John Curtis Kyle (July 17, 1851 – July 6, 1913) was a Democratic politician from the U.S. state of Mississippi during the late 19th century. Kyle was born in Sardis, Mississippi and attended Bethel College in Tennessee. After undergraduate work, he attended Cumberland University Law School and graduated in 1874, upon which he moved back to Sardis and began to practice law. After leaving the House, Kyle returned to Sardis, and took up practicing law again; he also became involved in banking. He retired from business in 1912, and died a year later, in Sardis; he was interred in Rosehill Cemetery.

Kyle wurde als Demokrat in den 52. und die beiden folgenden Kongress gewählt. Er vertrat also vom 4. März 1891 bis zum 3. März 1897 den Bundesstaat Mississippi im US-Repräsentantenhaus. Er kandidierte 1896 nicht für eine erneute Amtszeit und kehrte nach seinem Ausscheiden aus dem US-Repräsentantenhaus nach Sardis zurück. Dort begann Kyle wieder in seinem früheren Beruf zu arbeiten. Daneben betätigte er sich auch im Bankengewerbe. 1912 zog er sich aus dem aktiven Berufsleben zurück. Ein Jahr später starb Kyle am 6. Juli in Sardis und wurde auf dem Rosehill Cemetery beigesetzt.
