John Allen "Hog" Hannah is a former American football left guard who played for the New England Patriots (1973–1985) in the National Football League. He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1991, and Sports Illustrated dubbed him, on its August 3, 1981, cover, "The Best Offensive Lineman of All Time."

Il fut sélectionné neuf fois au Pro Bowl (1976, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 et 1985) et dix fois consécutivement en tant que All-Pro. Il participera au Super Bowl XX de la saison NFL 1985 mais la victoire reviendra aux Bears de Chicago. Son numéro 73 a été retiré par la franchise de la Nouvelle-Angleterre.
