Sir John Arundell, of Trerice in Cornwall, was an English landowner and Member of Parliament. Sir John was a retiring figure for much of his life, and less celebrated than either his father (nicknamed "Tilbury Jack") or son and heir (nicknamed "Jack for the King"), both also called Sir John Arundell of Trerice. He was Member of Parliament for Mitchell in the Parliaments of 1555 and 1558, and High Sheriff of Cornwall in 1573-4. He married twice, and had at least eight children.
