James Allen Tolle (born April 13, 1949), better known as Jim Tolle, is the senior pastor of The Church on the Way, the First Foursquare Church of Van Nuys, California and La Iglesia En El Camino. He is assisted by a pastoral staff that is made up of more than 30 people which includes: senior associate pastors Dan Hicks and Ken Pientka and founding pastor Jack Hayford. Following his graduation from Life Pacific College in 1979, Tolle and his wife Alice entered the ministry.

In addition to being a senior pastor, he is the district supervisor of the Distrito Sur de California, which is made up of 40 local, Spanish-speaking Foursquare churches in Southern California. He is recognized nationally as the director of the office of hispanic ministries for the Foursquare Church. He hosts a Spanish radio program titled Respuestas, which translated in English means "Answers". On Sundays, his sermons are broadcast on Daystar and KDOC.
