JTVCF started at Food Terminal Incorporated Administration Building Auditorium, FTI Complex, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines on March 1988. It was first intended to cater to the spiritual needs of the janitors in the company; however in time it was opened to the nearby communities.
