Jeff moved to Los Angeles, California in 1998 and started Big City Rock along with Wisconsin musicians Frank Staniszewski and Nathaniel Bott, both of whom remain in Big City Rock. Big City Rock was composed of former members from Wisconsin band Stinkfish and Siren Six before moving to California.
