Jay E has gone on to work with artists such as Joss Stone, Murphy Lee and Three 6 Mafia. Currently, Jay E splits his time between studio production and live DJ sets at various St. Louis and Hollywood clubs. He also added sub bass to the song "Scream" by Avenged Sevenfold from their 2007 self-titled album.
