James Earl "Jamie" Mayo (born March 30, 1982), is the mayor of Monroe, the seat of Ouachita Parish in northeastern Louisiana, United States. He is an African-American Democrat who endorsed Barack H. Obama of Illinois in the 2008 U.S. presidential election and Hillary Clinton in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
