James Field Spallone is an American politician and a member of the Democratic Party. First elected State Representative for Connecticut's 36th District in 2000, he easily won re-election in 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008. Representative Spallone is the House Co-Chair of the Government Administration and Elections committee, and also serves on the Environment and Judiciary committees. He previously served as an Assistant Majority Leader and Vice-Chairman of the Judiciary committee.
