He is also a member of the senate's Capital Investment, Commerce & Consumer Protection, Finance, and Rules & Administration committees, and serves on the Finance Subcommittee for the Economic Development Budget Division, and on the Rules & Administration subcommittees for Committees, for Ethical Conduct (which he also chairs), and for Permanent and Joint Rules.
