Ivonne Aracelly Ortega Pacheco (born November 27, 1972) is a Mexican politician from Yucatán affiliated to the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and the current Governor of Yucatán She is Yucatan's first elected female governor, although the second to serve, after Dulce María Sauri who served as interim governor from 1991 to 1994. She is the fifth woman to serve as governor of a Mexican state. She is currently one of the only two women state governors in Mexico.

Ortega stamt uit een politieke familie, haar oom Victor Cervera Pacheco was gouverneur van Yucatán van 1984 tot 1988 en van 1995 tot 2001. In 1998 werd ze gekozen tot burgemeester van Dzemul en in 2001 tot afgevaardigde in het staatsparlement van Yucatán. In 2003 werd ze gekozen in de Kamer van Afgevaardigden en in 2006 tot senator. Aan het eind van dat jaar trad ze echter af om zich kandidaat te stellen voor het gouverneurschap van Yucatán. Zij won de verkiezingen met bijna de helft van de stemmen, waarbij ze Xavier Abreu van de Nationale Actiepartij (PAN) versloeg. Ortega trad op 1 augustus aantreden als gouverneur, en was daarmee de tweede vrouwelijke gouverneur die de staat gekend heeft; Dulce María Sauri ging haar voor van 1991 tot 1993.
