The Irish Repertory Theatre is an Off Broadway theater company and venue in New York City dedicated to presenting works by Irish playwrights. Founded in 1988 in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, the Irish Rep has presented the New York premieres of John B. Keane's Sive and The Field. It also presented the American premiere of bedbound by Enda Walsh and the world premiere of Charlotte Moore's rock opera version of Beowulf.
