Truly international Life on the IU Campus embraces international and multicultural diversity. All lectures are taught in English and the curriculum includes a trimester abroad at one of IU’s renowned partner universities around the world – from Mexico to Singapore. Every second student at IU is non-German. Connected to business The close-knit connection to global corporate players such as SAP, IBM or Deutsche Telekom provides IU students with an early insight into real business practices. The practical application of theoretical knowledge is actively encouraged and fostered through an integrated internship and the continuous knowledge exchange between IU and its co-operation partners across industries. Innovation in education IU stands for innovative concepts in research and teaching, thus guaranteeing a unique and intensive study experience. Due to the trimester system, IU students complete their Bachelor programs within three years, earning a total of 210 ECTS credits. Juli 2009 wurde deshalb beschlossen den Lehrbetrieb zum Ende des Jahres 2009 einzustellen. Die über den 31. August 2009 hinaus immatrikulierten Studierenden setzen ihr Studium an anderen Hochschulen fort. Im Juli 2009 wurde bekannt, dass die International University Bruchsal den Betrieb einstellen muss. Die Hochschule rutschte tief in die roten Zahlen, der Gesellschafter Educationstrend GmbH war nicht länger bereit, die Verluste auszugleichen.
