International University Audentes (IUA) was Estonia's largest private university, situated in the country's capital city Tallinn. As of 1 July 2008, it has merged with Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) and will constitute TUT's Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. The full structural merger is expected to be completed by June 2009.

Die Universität entstand 2003 aus der Fusion zweier Vorläuferinstitutionen, der Audentes University und der Concordia International University. Vorübergehend wurden die estnisch- und russischsprachigen Studiengänge unter dem Namen Audentes University, die englischsprachigen unter dem Namen International University Concordia Audentes vermarktet. Der heutige Name wird seit 2006 für alle Studiengänge verwendet. Die Betreibergesellschaft der Universität ist Audentes Ltd. Neben der Universität gehören ihr die Audentes School, die Audentes Sport School und der Audentes Sports Club. Die International University Audentes und die Technische Universität Tallinn stehen in Verhandlungen, die eine Fusion der beiden Institutionen zum Ziel haben. Am 23. April 2008 wurde diesbezüglich eine vorläufige Vereinbarung unterzeichnet.

Объединяясь, Аудентес передает все действующие рабочие договора IUA, все заключенные субподрядные и договора поручения, а также все учебные договора. До конца 2008/2009 учебного года IUA продолжит деятельность под имеющимся именем и в том же месте, в учебном здании на Тонди 55. Все контактные данные останутся прежними. Учебная работа продолжится по тем же специальностям, на учебных формах и языках.
