Ian Michael Dews is a former English cricketer. He was a left-handed batsman and a right-arm offspin bowler. Dews spent most of his career with York Cricket Club, six years as captain. In 1996 Ian became Cricket Development Officer for Yorkshire covering North Yorkshire. 2000 saw Ian become involved with the Academy before taking over as Director in 2004. Dews is currently half way through achieving his level four coaching certificate.
