Ian Cashmore is a British television personality specializing in paranormal phenomena. Cashmore has been involved in investigating the paranormal since the early 1980s. More recently he has served as the presenter of the Discovery Channel's Ghosthunters programme, which was shown initially in the UK and Europe before being sold to worldwide networks. In 2004 he also helped pilot the US version of the show Ghost Hunters.

He also often doubles as a guest producer for BBC regional radio in the UK. Ian's grandfather is Denis William Cashmore who played professionally for Watford Football Club.
