Herbert Jefferson Jr. (born 28 September 1946 in Sandersville, Georgia, U.S.A. ) is an African-American actor. He graduated with honors from New York's American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1969. He is probably best known for his role as Lieutenant Boomer on the original Battlestar Galactica television series.
