Charles Henry Plumb, Baron Plumb DL (born 27 March 1925) is a British Conservative politician and farmers' leader. He was a senior figure in the National Farmers Union, becoming its President 1970-1979, and was a member of the committee of enquiry into Foot and Mouth Disease outbreaks in 1967. He was elected Member of the European Parliament for the Cotswolds seat in 1979 and remained in the European Parliament until 1999, being President of the European Parliament 1987-1989.

Plumb wurde 1987 als Baron Plumb of Coleshill zum Life Peer ernannt. Er ist Kanzler der Coventry University und Mit-Gründer der EU-Lobbyingkanzlei Alber & Geiger.
