Heinrich ("Heinz") Ludwig Fütterer is a West German athlete, who mainly competed in sprint events. He was born in Illingen. His nickname is "Weisser Blitz" which means "White Flash" because he was the only white man who could keep up with the black runners at that time. He competed for the United Team of Germany in the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Australia where he won the bronze medal in the 4 x 100 metre relay with his team mates Lothar Knörzer, Leonhard Pohl and Manfred Germar.
