After leaving Talentum Roschier co-founded the Avaus Group consisting of a strategy consultancy and a marketing and technology services provider. In his youth Roschier was a world class downhill skier ranking in the world top 100. He won several consecutive Finnish championships. After his active years as sportsman, he went on to become the editor in chief and managing director of the leading Finnish skiing magazine Skimbaaja. After selling the publishing company to Sanoma Oyj he worked for some time for the special interest title publishing unit within Sanoma, before becoming the CEO of a public company at 35. Roschier is still an active skier and passionate offshore competitive sailor in the H-boat class and with his 45-footer Luna.
