On their Myspace page the band announced that they will not be going with Drive-Thru Records on their 2009 release but are shipping the album off to other labels. They achieved notable success with their 2004 EP A Writer's Reference (selling over 34,000 copies to date) after making a cameo appearance on MTV's The Real World: Austin.
