Grazer AK, founded 18 August 1902 as Grazer Athletik-Sport Klub (in Austria the abbreviation GAK is more common), is an Austrian sports club, from the city of Graz in the federal state of Styria (Steiermark). The football section is one of the most traditional Austrian clubs, most successful in the decade 1995 – 2005. The other sections are basketball, diving and tennis.

Op 26 maart 2007 kreeg de club nog eens 22 punten in mindering. Dit bracht het totaal op 28 strafpunten, waardoor de club een negatief puntentotaal kreeg met een achterstand van aanvankelijk 19 punten op Sturm Graz, dat ten tijde van de puntenaftrek een na laatste stond. De club probeerde aanvankelijk nog via de burgerrechter het puntentotaal weg te schelden maar accepteerde op 11 april 2007 toch de schikking en meldde zich aan voor een licentie voor de 1. Liga.
