Kemasuode represented Nigeria at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing competing at the 4x100 metres relay together with Agnes Osazuwa, Oludamola Osayomi and Ene Franca Idoko she also took part in the 4x100 metres relay. In their first round heat they placed fourth behind Belgium, Great Britain and Brazil.

Kemasuode startete in Peking außerdem im 200-Meter-Lauf, schied jedoch mit einer Zeit von 23,72 s bereits in der ersten Runde aus.
