Es vertritt einige US-amerikanische Bands des Genres in Europa, beispielsweise die Walkabouts und die inzwischen aufgelöste Band 16 Horsepower, hat aber seit einiger Zeit auch einige skandinavische Gruppen im Programm. Jährlich veranstaltet Glitterhouse das Orange Blossom Special - ein Festival, das im ca. 1.800 Zuschauer fassenden Garten des Firmensitzes stattfindet.
