Reda also serves as a host of Junior Hockey Magazine, a weekly syndicated radio show covering the weekly stories from the Canadian Hockey League. Gino Reda is of Italian descent. He lives at home with his daughter, Kaylee and son, Luke, who is a player for the University of Western Ontario football team. As of July 1st 2010 Gino became a Canadian citizen. As a freshman in 1981 Gino won the Evangelism Award at the Ontario Bible College.
