William Gilbert Anthony Parkhouse (12 October 1925, Swansea, Wales – 10 August 2000, Carmarthen, Wales) was a Welsh cricketer who played in seven Tests for England in 1950, 1950-51 and 1959. Parkhouse was a right-handed batsman who spent most of his career as an opener for Glamorgan. He also played rugby union for Swansea. As a cricketer, he was a fast scorer and a stroke-maker.

It was his effortless cover driving... that is best remembered... and he could on-drive beautifully."
