Gilbert Millington, (c. 1598–1666), was a barrister and one of the Regicides of King Charles I of England. Millington became a member of Lincoln's Inn in 1614. He was elected as M.P. , Nottingham, in Long Parliament and was deputy-lieutenant for Nottingham in 1642. He was agent of communication between the governor, John Hutchinson (1615-1664),and parliament. In 1649 he was energetic at trial of Charles I trial and signed the king's death-warrant.

After the restoration of the monarchy he was condemned to death in 1660, but his sentence commuted to life imprisonment. He served his sentence in Jersey where he died in 1666.
