Georges Limbour (1900 – 1970) was a French writer of prose and poetry. He was a member of the Surrealist Movement in Paris during the 1920s, but was expelled in 1929. Before his association with André Breton and the Surrealists, Limbour co-edited, along with Roger Vitrac and René Crevel, the avant-garde review Aventure (1921-22).

Other works of note include a prose collection L'Illustre cheval blanc and a study of the painter André Masson. After World War II, Limbour taught in Egypt and Poland, and also made an extensive trip to Cuba in 1967-68. He died in a swimming accident in 1970.
