About: Gautam Radhakrishna Desiraju

Gautam Radhakrishna Desiraju is an Indian chemist who works in the Solid State and Structural Chemistry Unit of the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Till very recently he was in the School of Chemistry, University of Hyderabad. He works in the area of supramolecular chemistry and crystal engineering. Desiraju has played a major role in the development of crystal engineering over the last two decades.
