- Garry Jones is a Christian Music Musician / Producer / Arranger from Fort Walton Beach, Fl. Garry Jones' began his professional music career in 1980 as pianist for the well-known group The Dixie Echoes. In 1981, he joined the popular group Gold City where he became their pianist/ producer/arranger and through 1995 is credited for much of their musical success. After retiring from Gold City he focused his creative skills at the production level of other well known artists such as Ivan Parker, Brian Free, Kirk Talley, Crossway and many others. He also toured in 1996-1997 with grammy award winner Ricky Skaggs and later well known artist Joe Diffie. In 2001 he was selected to be the pianist for the Old Friends Quartet, which included George Younce, Jake Hess, Wes Pritchard, and Ernie Haase. Following the short tenure of this legendary group, he and Ernie Haase together formed the popular group Signature Sound where he served as co-owner as well as the original pianist and producer. Then in 2004 he formed his own group Mercy's Mark which became instantly well-known within the genre garnishing awards and charting songs. Mercy's Mark is currently not touring but Jones continues his production work and the releases of his piano projects.
