He later became President of the Luxembourg Tennis Federation. He also competed for Luxembourg in the two-man bobsleigh at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, where the team of Wertheim and Raoul Weckbecker, finished last of twenty-two.
