Fred Alexander Shero (October 23, 1925 - November 24, 1990) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player and coach. He played for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League, and coached the Philadelphia Flyers and Rangers, winning the Stanley Cup twice with the Flyers as coach. He is also the father of Ray Shero, the general manager of the 2009 Stanley Cup winning Pittsburgh Penguins club.
