Franky Lee is a rock band from Sweden with influences in punk. Composed by: Mathias Farm, Fredrik Granberg and Magnus Hager, started the band as a side project in 2006. The disc was recorded in the studio to Mathias, Soundlab Studio. The CD's first single was "The World Just Stopped. " The video was recorded in Stockholm and headed by Robinovich, it only took between 5 to 6 hours to be recorded. During mid-2009 the Franky Lee homepage was updated with a new logo and the announcement of a second album to be released in early 2010.

Namnet Franky Lee kommer från en Bob Dylan-låt som heter "The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest". De släppte sin första skiva Cutting Edge den 29 januari 2007 genom skivbolaget Burning Heart Records. Skivan är inspelad i Mathias Färms studio Soundlab Studio. Deras första singel från skivan var "The World Just Stopped". Videon till den är inspelade i Stockholm av regissören Robinovich. Det var en video som bara tog 5-6 timmar att spela in. Den andra singeln släpptes i april 2007. Franky Lee var den 8 november 2006 förband till My Chemical Romance i Stockholm.
