Frank Vito Merigliano (born November 10, 1966) is a former a minor league baseball pitcher for the Chicago White Sox organization. He was drafted in the 16th round of the 1988 amateur draft from the University of Pittsburgh. He made it to as high as the Triple-A level, before a series of elbow injuries ended his career.
