Francis John Savile Foljambe was a British Liberal member of parliament. Born at Osberton in 1830, Foljambe was the eldest son of George Savile Foljambe and Lady Selina Jenkinson (the daughter of Charles Jenkinson, 3rd Earl of Liverpool), and the older brother of Cecil Foljambe, a fellow Liberal politician. His maternal grandfather was Robert Jenkinson, 2nd Earl of Liverpool, who had served as Prime Minister for fifteen years.

After being educated at Eton and Christ Church, Oxford, he was elected as a Member of Parliament for East Retford in the 1857 general election. He was re-elected at every general election until the 1885 election, when the seat was abolished. He owned about 14,500 acres (59 km) of land and was a member of Brooks's. He was appointed a member of the Privy Council in 1895. In 1856, he married Lady Gertrude Emily Acheson, eldest daughter of Archibald Acheson, 3rd Earl of Gosford; they had three sons. Foljambe died on 5 February 1917.
