She was born in Haven, Kansas and died in Butler County, Kansas. Page ranked as the sixth-oldest person in the U.S. and eleventh in the world when she died, aged 112 years and 255 days.

Page married Fredric William Page in 1926. He died in 1967. She attributed her longevity to living a moral life, and taking no medication whatsoever.
