Dame Florence Jacqueline Baron, DBE (born 7 October 1952), styled The Hon. Mrs Justice Baron, is a British High Court Judge. Baron was educated at Jersey College for Girls and later at St Hugh's College, Oxford. She was called to the Bar at the Middle Temple in 1976, became a QC in 1995 and was made a Recorder in 1999. She was created a DBE upon her appointment as a Justice of the High Court (Family Division).
