They won the Juno Award for Rock Album of the Year in 2008.

Daneben steuerten Finger Eleven Songs zu den Soundtracks von The Punisher und Daredevil bei. Das fünfte Album der Band wurde am 6. März 2007 veröffentlicht und trägt den Namen Them vs. You vs. Me. Daraus wurde die Single Paralyzer ausgekoppelt. Laut eigenen Angaben arbeitet die Band seit ihrer Wiederkehr von der Tour mit Kid Rock an neuen Songs.
