Her latest work includes a feature film, Jam (Brassneck Prodns. 2008), a play about hidden homelessness ('Sofa Surfers' 2009) and We Were Brothers, a historical account of Major Willie Redmond and the Ulster and Irish regiments at the Battle of Messines. It forms part of an extensive, three-year shared history and reconciliation project based at the Waterside Theatre in Derry. McCall is also a director and founding member of theatre groups 'Handful Productions' and 'Postscript', and of the film company 'Brassneck Prodns'.
