The easy shell (esh)is a simple and lightweight Unix shell for Unix-like computer operating systems. It deviates completely from traditional shell syntax, using instead a Lisp-like syntax. Shell scripts written for the easy shell have a small code size in comparison to their traditional equivalents, and the easy shell provides a small memory footprint be remains flexible and programmable.
