Eric Olaf Estenson was a 32-year old Swede who, in 1992, attempted to obtain nuclear parts from Ukraine to build a 20-30 megaton nuclear bomb. He attempted this in order to blackmail the Swedish authorities in Stockholm to provide 2 billion dollars in aid to Ukraine. He was swiftly and promptly arrested by the Ukrainian authorities and extradited back to Sweden.
