Elbert Bertram Haltom, Jr. (December 26, 1922 – October 12, 2003) was a United States federal judge. Haltom was born in Florence, Alabama. He received an LL.B. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1948. He was in the United States Army Air Force Sergeant/Air Crew Gunner, from 1943 to 1945. He was in private practice in Florence, Alabama from 1948 to 1980. He was a Member, Alabama House of Representatives from 1954 to 1958.

Haltom's service was terminated on October 12, 2003, due to death. He died in Florence, Alabama.
