- ESPN Radio is an American sports radio network. It was launched on January 1, 1992 under the original banner of "SportsRadio ESPN. " ESPN Radio is located at ESPN headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut. The network airs a regular schedule of daily and weekly programming as well as live coverage of Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, Bowl Championship Series, and National Invitation Tournament games. ESPN Radio is broadcast to hundreds of affiliate stations as well as to subscribers of Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio in the United States and Canada. ESPN Radio currently has five company-owned stations in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, and Pittsburgh. Most other markets have ESPN Radio affiliates, whether they be part-time or have their entire format dedicated to ESPN Radio. The Walt Disney Company did not include the ESPN Radio network or the Radio Disney network in the recent sale of ABC Radio to Citadel Broadcasting; however, ESPN Radio as well as its Spanish counterpart ESPN Deportes Radio are still considered to be a part of the ABC Radio family.

ESPN Radio est basée dans le quartier général de la société ESPN à Bristol dans le Connecticut. Elle diffuse une programmation régulière d'emissions journalières et hebdomadaires tels que la couverture des rencontres de la Major League Baseball, la National Basketball Association, le Bowl Championship Series ou le National Invitation Tournament. Depuis 2006, comme la chaîne de télé ESPN, ESPN Radio propose le service nommé ESPN Radio Insider. Ce service permet depuis le site ESPNRadio. com d'écouter toutes les interviews diffusées à l'antenne après leur première diffusion au cas où l'auditeur l'aurait raté. ESPN Radio possède actuellement cinq stations intégralement. Elles sont basées à New York City : WEPN Los Angeles Chicago Dallas Pittsburgh La plupart des autres zones ont des radios affiliées à ESPN que leur programmation soit totalement ou partiellement dédiée à ESPN. ESPN Radio est rattaché au réseau de ABC Radio comme depuis Radio Disney lors du rachat d'ABC par la Walt Disney Company.
