Dwane Casey (born April 17, 1957 in Morganfield, Kentucky) is currently an assistant coach for the NBA's Dallas Mavericks. Casey played college basketball at the University of Kentucky between 1975 and 1979, and would later serve as an assistant coach there. Casey coached in Japan for five years. He then served as an assistant coach for the Seattle SuperSonics of the NBA, first under George Karl and then under Nate McMillan.
