Duracell (born Andrew Dymond, also known as Andre Diamant) is a one-man band from Lyon, France. Initially an artist that only played live with a drum set, a trigger machine, and a synthesizer, Andre said he started Duracell because "he didn't exactly think about starting a one man band, just the music was there," and he was heavily influenced by US noise rock act Lightning Bolt.

Initially an artist that only played live with a drum set, a trigger machine, and a synthesizer, Andre said he started Duracell because "he didn't exactly think about starting a one man band, just the music was there," and he was heavily influenced by US noise rock act Lightning Bolt. His minimalistic drum setup consists only of a bass drum, snare drum, floor tom, and ride cymbal, all of which are triggered to his synthesizer. Often Duracell performs covers of old retro video games such as Space Harrier, Turrican, and Ninja Spirit, but has also been known to cover the likes of Aphex Twin's Girl/Boy Song and Lightning Bolt's "Fleeing the Valley of Whirling Knives," "Assassins," and "Saint Jacques. " He is currently still playing live alongside such diverse acts as Acid Mothers Temple, Damo Suzuki, and Shitmat, and has collaborated with Japanese chiptune artist DJ Scotch Egg.
