Dumfriesshire, Clydesdale and Tweeddale is a county constituency of the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, which was first used in the general election of 2005. It replaced parts of Clydesdale, Dumfriesshire and Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale, and it elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. It is currently the only Scottish parliamentary constituency represented by a Conservative MP.
