Druid is an Open source Unified Communications Platform that brings together IP PBX, IM, faxing and collaboration functionality. The Druid functionality is based on open source projects as Asterisk, Dojo Toolkit, Postfix, HylaFAX, Jabberd 2 and Dovecot. Those packages offer the IP-PBX, fax, instant messaging and Voicemail functions, respectively. Druid was discontinued as a project in late 2010.
