Douglas Woodruff Hillman (February 15, 1922 – February 1, 2007) was a United States federal judge. Hillman was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He received an A.B. from the University of Michigan in 1946. He received an LL.B. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1948. He was in the United States Army Lieutenant from 1942 to 1945. He was in private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan from 1948 to 1979.

He assumed senior status on February 15, 1991. Hillman's service was terminated on October 1, 2002, due to retirement. He died in Muskegon, Michigan.
